1. Introduction
Welcome to Cloud Sweeper ("Service"), operated by QLoop Technologies LLP ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Connector: A single cloud account–region pair that Cloud Sweeper scans and manages.
- Customer: Any person or entity who registers for or purchases a plan.
- Service: The Cloud Sweeper platform, including all features, APIs, and content.
3. Account Registration
To use Cloud Sweeper, you must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, especially in cases of abuse or fraud.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our payment partner Razorpay Software Private Limited. All fees are non‑refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing or plans at any time, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Cloud Sweeper only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users. We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any misuse, including suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content are owned by QLoop Technologies LLP. You retain ownership of your own data. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. QLoop Technologies LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Cloud Sweeper at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately and your data may be deleted. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or banner notice at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
