What Data We Collect
- Account data: email, billing name, payment identifiers.
- Cloud metadata: resource IDs, tags, metrics (never credentials or secrets).
- Usage data: log files, IP address, browser user-agent.
- Notification data: webhook endpoints, integration logs (Slack, Teams, etc.).
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the Cloud Sweeper service.
- To send notifications and alerts via webhooks and integrations.
- To communicate with you about your account and product updates.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with trusted subprocessors (e.g., Razorpay for payments, Resend for email) under strict confidentiality agreements. Webhook notifications are sent only to endpoints you configure.
Data Retention
Account and cloud metadata are retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted or anonymized. Notification logs are retained for up to 30 days for troubleshooting.
Security
All data in transit is encrypted (TLS 1.2+). No cloud credentials are ever stored or accessed. Secrets are managed using Azure Key Vault and ACA secrets. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@cloudsweeper.io. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Cloud Sweeper is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email and posted here.
