Refund Policy

1. Free Tier
The Hobby plan is free—no charges, no refunds, and no obligations.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly plan fees are billed in advance and are strictly non‑refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time or features.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are billed in advance. You may request a pro‑rata refund only within 30 days of the initial annual charge. Refunds are calculated based on full unused months remaining, minus a 10% processing fee. After 30 days, no refunds are provided for annual plans under any circumstances.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@cloudsweeper.io from your registered account email. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and may request additional information.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and denial of future service. QLoop Technologies LLP reserves the right to contest any chargeback it deems invalid.
6. Policy Changes
We may revise this policy at any time. Changes apply only to future transactions and will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
